-@all: Generally, in cases of partial updates, just Confirm, and then "fill in the partial update" in a new TL. Similarly, in cases of significant TL updates, where a small part is incorrect, you may Confirm stamp the entry, and then quickly do a re-update correcting it. This way, we move ahead quickly.

Please calm down.
A. There are a hell lot of Timeline monitors to confirm/void. So I think monitors can confirm the partial updates. And if monitors dont want to, they can avoid positing the remaining part.
B. So if you strongly saying that no one comes to see Hindi or regional names of Mumbai locals, then I can say 95% people visiting IRI dont come to see regional or Hindi names of Any train on Indian railways. This is not a valid point
