The coaches are generally old and aren't that clean. The train has some 2 hr TAT at BDTS and hence, coaches aren't entirely cleaned while the train departs BDTS.

Toilets are generally kept clean. There are no soaps (liquid soaps) in the toilet. The dustbin area isn't clean at all. Some company has been contracted for cleaning these coaches but they don't do their jobs correctly. Only once they will sweep and mop the floor, but the dustbin around the washbasin won't be cleaned. Bio toilets are installed in the train which were filled upto brim from Thane itself during my trip on 02-Nov-2019. Very bad experience. The flush were not working properly and I had to push it very hard. The water was flowing everywere in the toilet.

This is condition AC-III Compartment of Dwarka Express. The compartment is full of Bed-bug & cockroach and i am not able sleep whole night and some how i completed my journey.This is my worst travelling experience and in between there is no water in the compartment. This train really cover long distance i.e. from Guwahati to Okha and railway should provide better facilities to avoid convenience to Passengers.This photos was taken on journey from GHY(Guwahati) TO BRC(Vadodara Jn) on 17th November 2014 to 19th November 2014.
