While booking, the option for bedding needs to be mentioned and Rs. 25 will be charged extra. If you're opted for bed roll, they will provide only one bed sheet (instead of 2 bed sheets in other types of trains), one blanket and pillow. There is no towel provided. Quality of bed roll is ok but not satisfactory for the reason that only one white bed sheet is provided.

While travelling in AC 1st class of this train, as an Elderly passenger, I was pleasantly surprised to see a "Full Staircase" leading to the Upper Berth. I am not sure if this is offered in all trains, but I am seeing this for the first time. A welcome improvement.
