Add some slack from Udupi to Mangalore. Make the train to arrive around 13:55 PM since MAQ MAS sf mail will leave and PF availability will be there at MAQ
You can also give loco TATA WAP 7 or SRC WAP 7 between HWH and IGP. Also, AJNI WAP 7 can be given

If possible give it a e-loco uptill IGP or PNVL from HWH side and then diesel loco from IGP or PNVL to MAQ.
And also reduce one HA and one A coach and instead of that give one PC and one UR coach. Since it is a long distance plus daily train pantry car will be useful

Done 😊, also now a howrah WAP-4 will pull the train from Howrah to IGP and from IGP A WDP-4D from pune shed will take over till MAQ.
