Introducing a new weekly train from Dibrugarh Town to Tirupati for the need of passenger because the 22501/02,22503/04 and 15929/30 always run Jump Packed and no chances of getting tickets from DBRT to South India as services are weekly and with less sleeper coaches.Introduction of this train will surely help all waiting list passenger easeing the travel .Please rate this.

Vishakapatnam is a major stn of this route, thats why most trains have a halt. and also crew changes also need to happen so they halt at VSKP to get everything refreshed.
, I agree with your suggestion to have some unique timings in the TT of New Tinsukia Tirupati Weekly SF Express, but skipping VSKP might not be the best option. VSKP is an important railway hub that connects many trains from different parts of the country.. Overall, it is important to consider the needs of passengers and railway infrastructure while making changes to the train schedule.
