Extending PRR-HWH Rupashi Bangla Express upto BKSC. A daily dedicated intercity is required from BKSC in second half of the day.
Won't be done by KGP div. in reality. Decision is already taken. Even though platforms might be available, whole loco pilot and alp sequence won't be changed. Also timing is already found unsuitable by KGP.
What is the problem ?
Timing unsuitable ? I do not see anything unsuitable here.
LPA/ALP sequence ? It did not have any issue on extension of SHM-BQA Rajya Rani upto ADRA and also Aranyak Express. What is the big deal here ?
You people already have morning PRR-HWH EXP ans Lalmati Express.

More details are not known by me. But this proposal has already been declined by KGP div. You can expect a new train soon in future. Unless and until KSX-PRR track is properly organized, railway board is not showing interest regarding BKSC's connectivity towards Bengal.
A new train is next to impossible from BKSC. SER is not interested in sending proposals for BKSC to railway board. And, the decline of proposal is not in hands of KGP division as far as I know. PRR-KSX section falls under ADRA division.
