Better to have a new train between TPTY and Kolkata(has more than 1 station hence mentioned the city name)
Coromandal has excellent patronage and runs full almost on all days. They may not divert it to TPTY

We can extend this to Tirupati in a more convenient timing or almost parallel to coromandal so that it reduces load on existing Coromandal and gives another option for passengers as coromandal has limited stops.
