Cape Pune daily train is available in the route so no possibility of increasing frequency of this train. Alteady Kerala is well connected to Mumbai via Konkan.
Can they not have 16331/16332 made thrice a week atleast?
It only runs on Sundays from CSMT?

It is connected to Mumbai via konkan..
But there is no train that connects Pune to TVC via konkan.. Pune Ernakulam poorna and pune Ernakulam superfast are only till Ernakulam.
Please consider to extend 22149/22150 and 11097/11098 until Kollam or TVC..

Extention of Pune ERKM to TVM can be considered as there is enough if turnaround time but Poorna cannot be extended as it has less turnaround time. Frequency of pune to ERKM can be increased to 4 days a week. Mumbai CSTM TVM weekly need not be increased as Konkan is shorter route and the slot is used for connecting nagercoil Madurai to Pune Mumbai 6 days a week. Already Pune Kanyakumari is running daily.
That will be great relief.. how can this be taken further for approval?
