Trains like KOAA-JAT are getting LHB but why not Falaknuma?

Falaknuma / Ajanta LHB was a priority task for SCR this year. But in the past few months I've seen very few LHB rake allocations to SCR.

With PM at SC it's difficult to break RSA. Even if they give old dep slot of 725 at HWH it will reach SC at 830 and has only 7.5hrs A slight delay of an hour will have a delayed dep from SC. Second option is to delay the dep at to 1900 to arrive 2040 HWH.
