Haa same doubt lekr mai bhi aaya tha check krne. I think dead locomotive nhi hai ye..!! Usually dead locomotives working locomotive ke baad attached hote hai..!!

Push Pull add kar dein, then TT aur tight kiya ja sakta hai. BSB to AY in 3h50m is acceptable but uske bad faltu ka slack de rakha h NER ne.

New TT aisa dikhna chahiye :

13009, 13307, 13151, 13483 ye trains December ke Shuruat se hi PBH route se chal rahi hai, 14214, 15083, 15053 kohre k karan nirast hai.
Keval gini chuni trains hi sanchslit ho rahi thi, wo bhi ab kuch days k liye band ho jayegi.

Isse yatriyon aur Railway dono ka bahut nuksan ho rha.
