may be but good proposal. Would be better to Puri. Areas such as Ayodhya, Jaunpur, Azamgarh, Mau, Ballia will be connected to Puri.
Ya they can de link RSA and send it to Puri than running vacant.
No need to de-link. They can extend both the trains as both are weekly train.
They should also provide stoppage at smaller stations like Malipur, Saraimir, Rasra, Sahatwar, Suraimanpur which will help to get more passenger.
