I asked coz Puri has no premium train to Delhi and it's an important pilgrimage destination.
Yes like how CST NED Nandigram express short terminated at ADB
It would be marginally better no doubt, but BBS is the capital hence Rajdhani and Duronto originate from there.
Then it should be terminated at Vskp itself and it's first introduced to Vskp. You can't compare it with Nandigarm which doesn't have much occupancy to seats vacated at NED from Mumbai towards NGP. As Visakha exp is running from past 20 yrs it has many intercity travellers in Vskp BBS day time. Due to reduction of sleeper class to 3.everyday there is no space to get in to GS and SL at Vskp towards BBS, photos were publlished in Vskp page of Eenadu twice. After restoration of Vskp Palasa MEMU express from April there us alternative train now.
Long time ago Nandigram Express used to go to Nagpur if im correct but my memory is a bit hazy so take this with a grain of salt.

Cheap 3AC tickets what a joke. 3ACE is priced 5%-7%less then 3AC and with 10% increase in coach capacity.
Railway is planning to remove sleeper coaches and adding 3rd ac economy coaches in this express
Day by day IR on verge of making all mail express to ac express
Already only 3 sleeper coaches remaining. I think they will do it after adding AC Unreserved coaches so train can be made full AC
