Agreed, Mr. Moderator that mistakes do happen, and you me everyone makes mistakes, but if some admin is making it and that too a childish mistake then shouldnt it be duly taken care with extra attention. since once he has created a post, all he had to do was to go through it once, yes once not even twice or thrice. We need to understand this is a website which caters to lakhs and crores of persons looking for correct information. And if someone is posting something on a country level than shouldn't a checklist be followed to create a standard among admins.

can we have a panel of selected senior admins wherein all the new admins and group of admins will submit posts to the panel and those few admins will then re-check and publish it only after it doesnt have errors.

Even i work for online company and i do post and do so many changes everyday but i make sure that i do not shy away from my responsiblity since whole of the india will be surfing my website so i make sure whatever i do it should be 100% correct and cross check it twice or thrice. Because ultimately my mistake is my company's online blunder.
