Accident hone ke kuch din ke baad Sikkim Mahananda express de diya woh toh thik hai... Lekin un ke saath iss gadi ko bhi dena chahiye... Lekin nfr faltu kam karliya... Aur Guwahati Bangalore express, Guwahati Mumbai via Katihar jaisa gadi ko lhb dena hi chahiye bahut hi ghatiya halat par hai nfr ka ICF coaches h
Accident se allocation ka kabhi decide nahin hua. Utkal ko hi dekhlo. Accident ke itne saal baad ab jake lhb allot ho raha hai.
i have seen in many youtube aviation episodes that even for very minors issues in planes very detailed enquiries are made. lot of safety reports very good investigations.
maybe that is why aeroplanes are the safest transport.
in indian railways daily there are so many near accidents and mistakes and negligence.
if we could have 10 percent of the safety protocols that areoplanes follow,...

This step should have had actually been taken a long back by Indian Railways. This is very necessary for everyone's safety
It comes as a part and parcel of being a Government Organization.
We're not exactly closer to Japanese when it comes to Work ethics add that to what you mentioned about job security and lack of accountability.
Also since Politicians and Bureaucrats are involved even transparency is limited, people remember accidents but tend to forget about the reason behind them, no one even remembers or even looks at accident report- media doesn't care, they go for breaking news and entertainment.

Ye loco NER se ECR & ECR se NCR m aaya h... Galti jitna NER,ECR ki h utna hi NCR ki bhi.. Agar loco ka maintenance time nikal chuka tha toh usne q usko Duty par bhej diya... NCR agar Maintenance nhi kar sakta tha toh duty par bhi nhi bhejna tha
Yahi to maine bhi kaha ki sabhi galat hai aapas ki zonal fight mein itne logo ki jaan chali gayi. NCR AF ko loco mila usne attach kar diya aur bhej diya. Jab prescribed hai sab to fir aise NCR kaise attach kar sakta hai.
After this derailment all railway staffs at KGP Locoshed and Tripshed is given strict instructions and checklist given to them to maintain proper documentation. SER has no shortage of loco.
Useful document. But is anyone being held accountable ? A mistake has happened so there needs to be someone who should be held responsible
Its an immediate recommendation to prevent such accidents in near future. a details investigation report will come after few months which recommend action. usually railway accident investigation reports are very detailed (some times over 100 pages) and very minute details are covered from many angles of investigation.

एक तो बिना मेंटेंस किए इंजन चला रहे थे।
ऊपर से नकली मेनटेंस certificate भी दिया।

Is investigation complete? Before investigation can that loco be send to repair? The loco was the main suspect of the accident and RM also agreed on the spot of visit.
Exactly! I suspect some neglect. Railways should get its act together and start investigating on priority. What if the loco really was the cause of the first derailment? How many more accidents will it cause?
The investigation, forensic tests were completed at Maynaguri, thereafter it was being brought back.
Some reports were there that when this train bkn-ghy was crossing a Level crossing near Chunar Jn (NCR) then some metal scratch (possibly from loco) were seen on the track after the train crossed Which maybe of Traction Motor
