Why this train and 22710 behind it are running 1 hr late after VGLB ? The trains departed Delhi prior like 12628, 12622 have already left BPL on time....is it due to fog ?

Being 110 mps sf it enjoys great priority by every zone plus it maintains punctuality so dont get delay..
It delay in return from SNSI after approaching NZM
But still manage ontime to kalka due to slack
