Yes 2 more coaches can be added and there is enough of demand in the route. Yesterday it was full from Vskp though it was off season.

There are other alternatives like 20811/12, 12861/62 but 20811/12 is not a daily train and 12861/62 stops at Kacheguda and Malkajgiri making it difficult to reach the station during peak evening time.
