Currently occupancy is 100-150. Even with a 8 car rake occupancy will be 30% only. Raipur, Durg with good population giving patronage like a small town. Is there any solution for this VB ?

This VB was proposed by Chhatisgarh CM, hence it has been introduced and rake has been allotted to SECR. 8 car rake is enough for this route. Soon it may be converted to a 8 car rake instead of 16.

It is best option for this route 8 Car VB. They should transfer 16 car VB to SCR or CR for other VB Express running with more than 100% occupancy.
