instead its now 2659/2660. TVC - Shalimar
Please remove this train. users may get confused seeing two different trains

Does this train exist. Also the distance mentioned is wrong. It should be 821 kms instead of 784 kms.

already a bi-weekly howra trains is running Via ALLP.So Gurudev can run vai Kottayam.
Railway is not condidering short distance and more about revenue.As per my knowledge gurudev is more preferable train for the west, bacose of the connectivity of vellore hospital and south TN link
This runs always more 87-100% occupancy
It should run via ktym route

Its True. I didn't find any difference between Alp and Ktm routs. Kottayam takes 10 minuts more than Aleppey. that's all. Alappuzha is a sub way. Kottayam is the main way.

But this train can be routed via Chennai Central.Distance from Katpadi to Gudur via Thiruppathi is greater than that compared to the same distance via Chennai Central.
