I had suggested that only to SER, ECOR to run SRC-PRDP exp as ICE train with SRC departure and arrival after Dhauli exp to reduce load on Dhauli exp. But that ECOR not ready.
As u told VSKP-PRDP runs with good occupancy. So i think ECOR don't want to break RSA with SRC-PRDP exp and give it new TT or give the train to SER.
SER can use Aranyak exp rake on Sunday to run SRC-PRDP ICE exp. Or a fast passengers train would also be helpful for workers, labors travelling...

This train if Cancelled post lockdown period then in which route do you want to run this rake of VSKP-PRDP Exp from Paradeep to ____?
Let's this rake goes to vskp completely. I think PM facility is being built in PRDP. So a new train the time of dhauli can be made
Paradeep-hwh/jajpur direct line avl soon via kendrapara-haridaspur(hwh-mas) line directly towards jajpur side ,no loco reversal but line will completly avoiding present paradeep - cuttack route
This train 22813 SRC-PRDP Exp runs with average 5 % occupancy. What are the ways to Save this train from permanent Cancellation ? I had suggested to run this train as an Intercity train with 2S, CC, II Coaches with TT change after Dhauli exp departure in both UP and DOWN Directions but Khurda road division didn't agreed on it..... So, what are the other ways to save this train next?

This train should be cancelled permanently. This is just some bahana by ECOR as this train runs on huge loss on every run. So, they cancel it on every small occasion giving some reasons or other.
Due to safety related work in cuttack Paradeep section this train# 22813 SRC-PRDP EXP Cancelled till 31st December 2019
This train will be of SCoR zone.?

Their are lots of passenger s in Shatabdi boarding from HWH/KGP to BLS,BHC,JJKR and Ctc which if this train launches will affect Shatabdi
See Howrah-Puri Shatabdi exp is already not a profitable train for ECOR except Festival season it s occupancy not very good. I feel it can get converted to an Intercity train in future. Main reasons being high ticket prices, running BBS JanShatabdi just ahead of Shatabdi with few hrs gap in both up and down direction so pax travel more on BBS JanShatabdi from BBS to HWH route.

That i agree that RSA is there.....but RSA can be broken to make this train useful for passengers. Otherwise running empty trains which is not useful to pax and making loss just to keep RSA is making no sense na. Paradeep has Port, Refinery, other industries...many people from W.B. working there are working class people for them 2AC, 3AC, SL are fares too high not required for a 9 hrs journey......for them Intercity type train with 2S, II coaches required also TT of this train just to maintain RSA is too odd TT. I have tweeted this to drm khurda road, drmkgp, gmser, eastcoast Railway...lets see if i get a reply.
