No food available. Kindly pack your own food as there is no functioning pantry car, and you would not be getting many caterers enroute. Even the important railway stations where there are chances of getting food like MLDT, NJP arrive late night or early morning. The train generally goes on time, or arrives max 1-2 hr late at GHY. Generally the train is clean, but do not expect any super cleanliness. If you are travelling beyond NJP, then you would be having the whole coach to yourself as majority of the passengers deboard at NJP.
