The incident occurred on Sunday morning at around 8:00 AM. Railway and RPF personnel at Shahjahanpur assisted the injured passengers and transported them to the hospital.

Saturday ko Ghaziabad mein maalgadi ke pantograph ke kharab hone se bhi train ka chalana band ho gaya. 14207 Padmavat Express ke ek coach mein se chingaari nikalne se bhi ghabrahat ho gayi. Aur barish bhi train chalane mein bahut dikkat kar rahi hai.
