This is the real scenario of this katihar intercity click here .It is a useless decision by NFR to run a bihar based intercity with reserved siting.Peoples in bihar enters in 3rd/2nd AC classes in a unreserved way and this is 2S only,the importance of this chart of 2nd sitting is of no value.

Hard working folk are not paying taxes to subsidize lawlessness. Unemployment at 15% in Bihar. Absolute lack of civility by railway passengers. I say states should have more autonomy over center funds then atleast states like this will learn some lesson. Maharashtra gives 100 Rs to center and gets 9 RS in return, Bihar gets around 922 RS in return,Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab and most of south states give more to center. These states can give if it is used properly. If this is what is being subsidized then I completely against it.
Caste Politics in Bihar has ruined this state over a period of time.. No one talks here for development only caste politics...People in bihar think that "Bihar me zinda rehna hi sabse bada vikas hai" Sad reality of Bihar..
This caste filth even happens everywhere in South. Even in AP, people voted for Jagan based on Caste. Now the state finances are deteriorating so much it is going to become the second Bihar is what I heard. But people of AP are fixated on not voting for him the next time. Hopefully everything sets right. But I've heard the filth of this casteism is much worse in Bihar. I hope they don't practice things like untouchability etc even today. The actual problem here is that, everyone calls Kerala a communist state etc etc but I feel Bihar is the one that fits this description. There might be resentment for communism as an ideology but the freebie mentality, absolute lack of law and order, lack of industrialization, which results in no other good paying jobs except for govt paying jobs.
