Absolutely. So, whenever a passenger train is having a name, there has to be a significance (geographical, social or historical) associated with that name.
This train has RSA with ROU-SBP DEMU, that is why this is a DEMU, else it could have been a MEMU :)

fir se train ka naam galat diya hai PR me Danapur Tata Durg likha hai jabki DNR se iska kab ka demotion ho ke RJPB ho gaya aur is baar Hwh TIG Ispat ka stop nahi diya MXW jabki har saal uska bhi hota hai strange.
