This is Rake 33, which was alloted to WR & was used for some time with Chennai - Vijayawada Vande Bharat Express

Even ranchi banaras VB has same amount of PM time just like the old time table of berhampur VB. Instead of deciding this long route VB, why didn't Tata-Banaras Vande Bharat express, not got approved? First proposal was sent for Banaras Vande Bharat from Ckp division.
There is very high traffic of goods trains in this section. So even after tripling, SER is unable to cope with the traffic of trains. Presently, SER is focusing only on goods trains to earn money. So very few trains run in this section. Nearly all branch lines are in similar condition. See Barsuan - Birmitrapur section. There is only one passenger train. See Bimalgarh - Kiriburu section. There is no train. Only one staff shuttle that is providing free ride is operating there.
By the way ! Why this second rake ?
NR or NWR , are unable to provide additional rake for popular vande Bharat’s like 20977 , 22439 , 22477 …
They all run late through out the week if there is a significant delay on a single day of operation !!!
This is insane … to provide additional rake for these white elephants...

Before a previous Jharkhand election we had seen a train 18113 TATA-RANCHI INTERCITY Exp was Introduced to get vote. It was a white elephant, and after election is over, that train was permanently cancelled.
Who knows maybe this TATA-BAM VB Exp is also introduced just to get votes in upcoming Jharkhand election. After election SER is the king and will cancel itwho knows.

Who said railways expected to fill up a VB in this route? I have said earlier also that railways ko har haal mein Keonjhar district aur West Singhbhum district mein Vande Bharat Express ghusana tha. This was done to get Modi votes from both these districts. It doesn't matter people are traveling in that train or not. Other thing is that railways is a government enterprise. It doesn't work on profit basis but on public benefit basis. If 100 trains are already running in a particular route, running another additional train in that route may get railways more revenue than running that train through an underdeveloped route where only 4 - 5 trains are running. But where is a train more required, where 100 trains are already running or where only 4 - 5 trains are running? And I feel that via Hijli is the crap route. Why should every train...

Are you still in doubt that this is election effect? It is done 100% to get Modi votes from both Keonjhar district and West Singhbhum district.
Hwh is having around 100 trains from the route of hijli, tata is still with almost 5, why hijli route is so much neglected for people of tata. Even if people have to change train for south route from tata, they have to take the HWH-MAS main line.

This train gets trapped in the Sini - Kandra - Gamharia Bermuda triangle.
