Check TIG RLWL quota advance booking. In SL it's 6, 3E 2, 3A 2, 2A WL1, 1A WL1 seats are available in 120 days advance booking. I have requested many times to DRM WAT and SBP to increase RLWL quota of TIG. No response from their side. One side, a lot of seats are available in current availability on daily basis and on another side no allotment of seats for RLWL TIG quota, where people want to travel and book advance tickets, so strange ! Kindly forward this issue to DRM WAT office if someone has good connection with them.
Quota is too less for TIG for a train that has 22 coaches. Same issue from Korba Raipur is placed under RLWL and is in WL but available from Bilaspur. Seen your other posts for Samatha and LTT express which should be General quota upto Raipur. Though it's in ECOR bad allocation of quota. Put your request in Visakhapatnam Jn. Facebook page. That page has some direct links with DRM office. Try once.

Wow, that seems worse than probably any other VB introduced till date.
Yes, It deserves 8 car rake, should be swapped with SC-VSKP VB soon.
SC Vskp is too early at Secunderabad at 505. One has to wakeup at 330 to get in the train and also as afternoon dep 1500 is available people will prefer aftetnoon dep then in morning. They wouldnt be demand for 16 coach. As its only 8 coach it's in WL for 2-3 days but the last section Samalkot Vskp has current availability daily after chart preparation. Ideally it should be from SC to Kakinada leaving at 600 and arriving back at 2200.

How do you say not required, it is fast passenger between Kesinga and Durg, does it require? I am very doubtful about this VB to see 100% occupancy.
