I would vouch for a TT change, arriving early in the morning at around 3:00 or 03:15 at NZM. This can avoid all the OTs and can be given a TT reaching 57 kmph avg. The advantage of the current schedule is that it gets a 2 nights and 1 day schedule, which should be maintained for convenience purposes. Return journey should depart after CSMT Rajdhani, trailing Telangana SF, for a faster schedule. Since Vasco YPR is getting LHB coaches, I would suggest a RSA so that it will get some more sleeper coaches. Otherwise without RSA it can get a 2 day 1 night schedule for PM purposes. So that In the morning VSG YPR is maintained and they can maintain Goa SF in the night.
