Thanks a lot for providing the detailed insights. Hope that SWR assigns the LHB consists on priority for Vasco based trains as the originating trains are less compared to the other side.
Most probably VSG PNBE SF will get it first after that VSG YPR.
if some way out for Vasco HWH Slip is found, it will get LHB sooner.
Yes even SCR had a proposal for SC VSG biweekly but rejected by SWR.
