Thanks for observing. You will notice that the incremental speed between BZA and MDR (next station) is unusually low at 33. In such cases, timings are slightly off. Maybe it actually arrives at BZA around 10 minutes after what's mentioned in the schedule. That would make the speeds more realistic. This way the incremental speeds serve as an important counter-check to validate the train timings at individual stations. Thanks.
@ Moderator : As already informed, Speed calculation distortions are visible in many other train time tables also. @ In addition, you are requested to look into the ways out for resetting the speed and kms between stations falling on Konkan Route. The average moving kmph speed calculation is also impacted badly in view of 40% km inflation on Konkan Rly route.
Thanks for observing and pointing out. According to the timetable, the train is travelling 43 km in 15 minutes between the two stations. The official timings at the two stations need to be adjusted, as they are not practical. Pending that, unfortunately, yes, the train would theoretically have to travel at 172kmph to keep up with the official timetable.
There is certainly some mistake in the official time table for this train. This train has similar timings as 0803 Howrah Mysore special. 0803 leaves Bhadrakh at 20:20 and arrives at Jajpur Keonjhar Road at 20:50.

To have a day time train then Shatabdhi has to be introduced between HYD to VSKP 3 days a week but this special train will not solve the purpose.Once summer is over automatically spl's will be disontinued.
