I travelling in Janmabhoomi express from Tadepalligudem to Visakhapatnam in GS sitting reserved coach my first experience in LHB GS sitting coach. The train left TPG at 1546 and was doing 116kmph at Navabpalem 10km after TPGudem and there after maintained 100-110kmph throughput the journey upto Thadi 26km away from Vskp for 217km. Contrary to every time the train picked up speed after kovvur station from 60kmph to 80kmph on Godavari Bridge and maintained the same speed till the last coach of the train left Godavari station platform which is a big shock to me and I don't remember any train doing and even halted in station for signal. Kovvur to RJY Pf halting took 14mins for 8km and reached at 1626, NDD 1600. Halted for 5mins and stopped at SLO and reached Tuni by 1800 and took halt for 4-5mins I could see scores of passengers coming from last 3...

GS coaches till the train started moving. Left Anakapalle at 1855 Duvvada at 1915 as usual dragged from 5km before station to PF. One more surprise shock came after DVD the train maintained 90kmph throughput although the curves and bridges which have 95kmph MPS upto Jaggyapalem signal and has to sow down to 30kmph and crossed on to Howarh line at Gopalpatnam and halted at Kancharapalem gate which is VsKP trip Loco shed home signal for 3 mins and then halted on PF 5 at 1949 a good 4hr 3mins for 243km with an avg of 60kmph. Had it not came to standstill in between would have reached by 1945 which is the right time. This is the best journey time by JB or any train towards Vskp after from the past 3yrs and I remember only once when my mother travelled and another time I went to rly station reached at 1945. In Aug 2022 when I travelled reached at 2040 took 5hrs the train was literally walking and jogging from Duvvada to Vizag for an hour for 18km.

Janmabhoomi express has a best track record of punctuality of being late by 15-30-60mins to Vskp and 30-60mins to Secunderabad everyday. Thanks to SCR for maintainh superb punctuality and ECOR for accomdating on PF delaying from AKP.

Unlike the GS sitting coaches in ICF which are one side chairs forward and backward the LHB GS sitting is like old GS sitting coaches. Style seats facing opp to each in one bay. The leg room between the seats is very good but the thigh support of seat beneath is less by 4inches which is very less compared to even lowest class of ordinary buses . On top of it the back cushion and bottom cushion are not connected as chart and has huge gap. The luggage space beneath the seat doesn't have a separating mesh and the luggage can be taken by back seat traveller without your knowledge. The side wall hooks are placed to the top luggage rack which looks asetic and can be moved over the channel and adjusted but the hook is too small. So GS seats are 2 positives and 2 negatives. how railway CF designers design the seat specs to OEM and doesn't check whether they are comfortable or not. Same thing experienced in VB sitting where pushback is less just few deg as in airplane for max 3 hrs journey for 6-8hrs. Coming to wash room the door isn't opening and another has lot of water on floor.

My next coach is 3ACE which is 4 months old and the interior upholstery looks same as Amrit Bharat SL the color combination which is being projected as 40,000 VB styled coaches by FM during the budget. The ciach has sliding doors in place of pneumatic. The sides Bert's are 10×2 in numbers and are not inclined with Berth coupes which are less then by few inches to regular LHB sleeper. The 3 Berth couple at the end is now designed to build racks of storage space for bedrolls. The door of the coach is not closed and open and the last couple travellers are not even bothered and I thought thus is what happens when SL passengers travel in AC coaches and don't have sense to close door. The tap in washroom is broken and water flowing out and flush not working.

Seems to be like Delta express is going to be extended till VKB on both the directions I Guess, 17625 is suspended from 29th march.
because Earlier it was noticed only extension of 17626, as per extension KCG doesn’t pass through the route so that would be the reason for suspending 17625. i feel it's a sign of extension..! what do you guys feel or else any other reason for the suspension.?
