If this train doesn't have rsa with MLDT-DGHA EXP then why not railway introduce a new train by this rake to some other city like PURI, VSKP, TATA

Not for just paseenger bt for the staff of this train also like coach attendent, pantry staff, apart from this train they r jobless for whole week. If this train gets extra run on other route then they may get better option for employment
There are actually 3 rakes that remains idle at Malda for a significant number of days

14003 can't pe cancel anyhow becoz it has rake sharing with some another train from NDLS
Malda-Digha Exp gets poor patronage...either it will be permanently cancelled in comming years or will be routed via Howrah same as NJP-DGHA Paharia Exp to get patronage.
As per as IRCTC is concerned, this train gets pretty good patronage in the reserved coaches nowadays. Even in aug which is considered as off season, i booked two tickets from Malda to Durgapur in RAC. Anyways it will be useless to divert it on Paharia route, there are already too many trains on that route. This is the only dedicated train of Malda that connects Malda and Birbhum with Durgapur, Asansol, Bankura and Kharagpur.
