Gaurav007U 3 blog postsI’ve got a ticket for 17th September, 2024 but the pnr status is now showing “this halt has been deleted from the train route.” What does that mean? Is my train cancelled or is it not touching my boarding station? What to do in such a case? Is there a chance that the status will change and train will come to my boarding station? Where to get the information regarding all this?

Due to platform extension work at CSMT many trains are getting short terminated at Dadar or Thane. It was till August but now its been extended till 30th September 2024. So ur train also gets terminated at Dadar
It is partially cancelled from DADAR(DR) to CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ TERMINUS(CSMT) and will terminate at DADAR(DR) upto 29.09.24.
Thank you for the reply. So that means, the halt they are talking about is CSMT and not the boarding station. The train is not diverted or cancelled but last station is now Dadar and not CSMT, is that correct?
But you should not get this message as you have booked upto Dadar only

Actually one more press release has come from CR , according to this 12111/12 AMI SF would have 5 SL and 4 GS totally from DEC which is still better than only 2 SL which it has now, Sewagram would be having 7 SL totally and 4 GS which is good, apart from this both would have one GS come guard/SLR coach.
One SL coach reduced in Vidarbha express , it would be having 6 SL coaches instead of 7 SL and Vidarbha also will get 2 more GS coaches.

Sewagram and NGP duronto got increased sleeper coaches (whatever the increase was), but this train is still running with 2 sleeper coaches even after an year of revised composition.
Why hasn't been any increase for it? Any idea or reason behind it?
