Railway enthusiasts from every nook and corner of India along with the IR news/ information is the USP of IRI, which makes it different from plain IR news reading in news papers/ other sources. My friend tweeted the matter to DRM Ambala. But we don't have any substential evidence to bring an action against them. These TTEs take the benefit of urgency of the passenger, in many cases passenger just pay the money to get comfort regardless of corrupt practice of the TTEs.
