I would rather say rename the double decker as Pink City DD, and shift the train to NDLS or DLI. It would do wonders for the train if it originates from a station having direct metro connectivity, which DEE and DEC don't provide. Plus IR should work on GGN-GADJ 130 MPS Upgradation and also work on reinforced high rise pantos capable of tolerating wind drag at upto 160 kmph. They have to develop it, especially after converting one of the major routes of IR into high rise electric route.
