If travelling in acute emergency, you can contact the officials at the station before chart is prepared. They might help you better. If you have PRS ticket and it remains in WL/RAC then you can contact the onboard TTE requesting him for a berth.

This is my e ticket , my ticket status was waitng list still, but while i am dong cancellation system said after chart preparetion cancellation is not allowed , so how we can get my refund amount ,
Total amount 1660rs,
after deductons +1660-240= 1420 rs need to come,

If you cancel your CNF ticket after chart preparation, you will not get any refund.
