Extending Mumbai CST -Nagercoil 16339/16340 & 16351/16352 expressto Kanniyakumari express and make it daily train service

I've boarded 4 hours late running 16339 from KPD yesterday around 10:20 PM for the journey till NCJ and reached TEN almost 40 mins prior to scheduled arrival and on time at NCJ(11 hrs 50 mins ) the following day despite the massive delay earlier. I still can't figure out why SR made this train a joke by giving mountainous slack of 5 hrs between KPD - NCJ for covering 650 KMs grinding passengers instead of boosting revenue by converting it as SF reverting NCJ arrival slot between 6-6:45 AM(similar to what they did for its clone train running via RU)....
