समस्तजनों को सूचित किया जाता है की यात्री सुविधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए पूर्वोत्तर रेलवे ने गाड़ी संख्या १५०८३/८४ छपरा - फर्रुखाबाद उत्सर्ग एक्सप्रेस के डिब्बों को आधुनिक तकनीक से निर्मित एलएचबी डिब्बों में परिवर्तित करने जा रहा है।दिनांक १७ दिसंबर २०२२ को इसका प्रथम संचालन छपरा से होगा एवं दिनांक १८ दिसंबर २०२२ को फर्रुखाबाद से संचालन होगा।इसके डिब्बों की संरचना कुछ इस प्रकार है;१ जनरेटर कम लगेज३ सामान्य६ स्लीपर८ तृतीय वातानुकूलित२ द्वितीय वातानुकूलित१ एसएलआरडी सहित कुल २१ डिब्बे होंगे
