I had lodged complaint in 2021/2020 after that Bengali was added in almost all SER based TBs.Now again being deliberately ignored.

The same KIR CDO made small TBs in Bengali, so absence of Bengali in the main TB is absolutely intentional. I can understand if it had happened only with this train. But check the main TBs of trains like Doon exp and Aranyak exp. How come all the 3 zones of Bengal, ER, SER and NFR, are doing the same mistake?? This is completely intentional and imposition of non-native languages on us.
