Coaches fit for 130 mps only

Two months back it was quite good.But not now. Though internal cleaning is okayish, outside paint of many coaches is dull and dirty.Don't know what is the poh schedule of the rakes but even 20 made rakes have become too dirty from outside.Or may be they are used coaches of Puru or some KUR div base train.
