Wheel Slipping occurs with every loco I know that. But these two locos WAP4/7 are preferred ones in CR ghat sections. It's knownNR understands this and doesn't send wap5 but WR doesn't. they even had a tiff over their own wcam2 loco which were transferred to CR.no as per CR/RDSO, WAP4 and WAP7 are suitable links in ghat sections.as I Already told you, Hybrid LHB i.e MAS Duronto which has WAP5 link, it was requested by CR to be made WAP7 in 2011. check the document in pic1. besides same year other hybrid lhb trains like Sant Kabir Dham (earlier link...
