How can be a Division this bad in controlling? They are always unable to follow the bullock cart avg timetable they make for their trains despite having a lot of slack before most of the stations.Doesn't they know that delaying 13234 Rajgriha Intercity exp in DNR - HRT will eventually lead to delaying 12391 Shramjeevi exp as 12391 waits for crossing at HRT ! This happens on most of the days.DNR div can be considered one of the worst div in the whole of IR.
