SER 08189/08190 TATA -ERS- TATA SPL

As per the attached notification ( S. No-28) 08189/08190 revised TT at Perambur. Tata-ERS slowed down by 45 min with revised arrival at Perambur at 13:05. Almost 9 hours allotted between Vijaywada to Chennai. Too much slack even though it is non peak hours !No TT changes for subsequent station. Existing time at Arakkonam is 13:15 but no update on that
