The South Eastern Railway zone has announced a temporary halt of 2 minutes for four pairs of trains on August 18 and 19 to accommodate the influx of devotees during the Shravan month at Mahadevshal. The trains include the 12834/12833 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express, 18189/18190 Tata-Ernakulam Express, and two other trains.

South Eastern Railway zone ne Shravan mahine mein Mahadevshal mein devotees ki aawaajahi ke liye 18 aur 19 August ko 4 pairs of trains ko 2 minutes ka temporary halt diya hai. Isme 12834/12833 Howrah-Ahmedabad Express, 18189/18190 Tata-Ernakulam Express, aur do aur trains bhi include hain.

22. All three railway lines were damaged in the incident. Railway authorities initiated repair work immediately and restored operations on the third line on Wednesday evening. By Thursday morning, all three lines were declared fit for operation, with speed restrictions of 10-20 kilometers per hour near the accident site. However, several trains have been canceled on August 2nd and 3rd, including the Tatanagar-Chakradharpur-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08161/08162), Tatanagar-Rourkela-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08145/08146), NSCB Gomo-Chakradharpur-NSCB Gomoh MEMU Express (18115/18116), Tatanagar-Bilaspur Express (18113), Tatanagar-Itwari-Tatanagar Express (18109/18110), Bilaspur-Tatanagar Express (18114), Howrah-Chakradharpur-Howrah Express (18011/18012). The Utkal Express (18478/18477) will take an alternate route via IB-Jharsuguda Road-Sambalpur City.
