partial cancellation of the train on December 1st, the ticket confirmation messages sent to passengers indicated their journey up to Bengaluru City. Many passengers, including senior citizens, were left stranded at Guntakal Junction and had to spend a significant amount on cabs to reach Bengaluru. The Railways provided instructions for passengers to claim refunds for the untraveled portion of their journey. The train was diverted via Guntakal, Renikunta, Jolarpettai, and Salem, bypassing stations from Anantapur to Dharmapuri Junction. Despite the inconvenience, the Divisional railway managers of Guntakal and Bengaluru, as well as the general manager of SWR, did not respond to requests for comment.

1 December ko train ke partial cancellation ka announcement kiya tha, lekin passengers ko bheje gaye ticket confirmation messages mein Bengaluru City tak ka journey confirm tha. Bahut saare passengers, especially senior citizens, Guntakal Junction par faste hue aur Bengaluru pahunchne ke liye cabs par bahut paise kharch karne padhe. Railways ne passengers ko unki untraveled journey ka refund claim karne ke instructions diye. Train ko Guntakal, Renikunta, Jolarpettai aur Salem se divert kiya gaya, jisse Anantapur se Dharmapuri Junction tak ke stations bypassed ho gaye. Is inconvenience ke baavajood, Guntakal aur Bengaluru ke Divisional railway managers, aur SWR ke general manager ne comment ke liye call ka jawab nahi diya.
