Wahi rail panel ko tar se nahi bandha gaya tha. Shunting ke liye kisi prakar ka speed praatibandh rack incharge dwara nahi diya gaya tha. Narayanpur Anant-Muzaffarpur section ke gumti number 98 special ke ek track ka check rail ganda tha. Narayanpur Anant ke SWR mein mechanical rack ki shunting sambandhi jikra tak nahi kiya gaya tha.
