Special train arrangements include a dedicated rack for each train originating from Muzaffarpur, Samastipur, Barauni, and Darbhanga. These trains will commence operation upon receiving the green light from the Railway Board. Currently, six weekly trains, including the 19166 Sabarmati Express (running three days a week), the 19616 Kaviguru Express (running once a week), the 14649 Saryu Yamuna Express (running three days a week), the 14017 Sadbhavana Express (running only on Fridays), the 19054 Muzaffarpur-Surat Express (departing from Muzaffarpur on Sundays), and the 13509 Asansol-Gonda Express (running once a week), all pass through Ayodhya. These trains are subject to heightened security measures, including the deployment of dog squads.

Doon Express will be diverted via Varanasi-Ma Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Junction-Lucknow from January 15 to 19.
