On September 3 and 4, several trains in Visakhapatnam have been cancelled due to a lack of rakes. The New Delhi-Visakhapatnam–AP Express (20806) leaving New Delhi on September 3 will run via Nagpur-Raipur-Titlagarh-Rayagada-Vizianagaram instead of the usual Balharsha-Warangal-Vijayawada-Duvvada route. The Visakhapatnam-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express (18519) leaving Visakhapatnam on September 3 will run via Guntur-Nalgonda–Pagidipalli instead of Khammam-Warangal-Kazipet. The CST Mumbai-Bhubaneswar Konark Express (11019) leaving CST Mumbai on September 2 and 3 will run via Pagidipalli-Nalgonda-Guntur instead of Kazipet-Warangal-Khammam. The Bhubaneswar-CST Mumbai Konark Express (11020) leaving Bhubaneswar on September 3 will run via Guntur-Nalgonda-Pagidipalli instead of Khammam-Warangal-Kazipet. The Shalimar-Hyderabad East Coast Express (18045) leaving Shalimar on September 3 will run via Guntur-Nalgonda–Pagidipalli instead of Khammam-Warangal–Kazipet. Passengers are advised to take note of these changes and plan their travel accordingly.

The train was initially delayed by five hours and gradually increased to nine hours, causing frustration among the passengers, especially as many were traveling to vote. aur Huzur Sahib Nanded (NED) se 4:30 pm pe chalta hai aur normally next day 9:10 am pe Visakhapatnam pahunchta hai. Train pehle 5 hours late tha, aur fir aage jaake 9 hours late ho gaya, jisse passengers bahut upset ho gaye, especially woh jo vote daalne ja rahe the. Passengers ne railway authorities se appeal kiya ki woh train ki speed badhaayen aur delay ko kam karein.
