The Kacheguda-Mangaluru Express (12789) has been extended to Murdeshwar. Departing from Kacheguda at 6:05 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays, it will arrive at Murdeshwar at 2:05 PM on Wednesdays and Saturdays. at 2:25 PM via Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, and Kurnool. It then proceeds to Mangalore via Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, and Coimbatore, arriving at 9:30 AM on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The train will then travel to Murdeshwar, arriving at 2 PM. The Mangalore-Kacheguda Express (12790) departs from Murdeshwar at 3:30 PM on Wednesdays and Saturdays, reaching Kadapa at 1:55 PM the next day (Thursday and Sunday). It then arrives at Kacheguda at 11:40 PM on the same day. The timings of Visakhapatnam-Raipur (08528) have been changed, with the train now departing from Visakhapatnam at 6:30 AM instead of 4:25 AM, effective October 20. This change will affect timings at Simhachalam, Kottavalasa, Vizianagaram, Bobbili, and Parvatipuram. The train will reach Raipur at 7:45 PM. Passengers and rail users are requested to check the updated timings on the NTEAS app. In order to avoid confusion, travelers can contact the unified number 139 before commencing their journey. To address the increased passenger demand during the festive season, the East Coast Railway has decided to add extra coaches to certain trains. The Visakhapatnam-Brahmapur Express (18526) will have two additional General Second Sitting coaches until October 16, while the Brahmapur-Visakhapatnam Express (18525) will have two additional General Second Sitting coaches until October 17. Four general special trains between Jagdalpur and Dantewada have been introduced by the Waltair Division of East Coast Railway to cater to the increased passenger demand and provide convenient travel for people visiting the Danteshwari Temple during the Dussehra festival. These special trains will run until October 14. These trains are available from Jagdalpur (08513) and Dantewada (08514) on October 13, and from Jagdalpur (08515) and Dantewada (08516) on October 14, with timings ranging from 2:45 PM to 8:15 AM. There are also two additional special trains departing from Jagdalpur (08511) and Dantewada (08512) on October 14, with timings ranging from 8:15 AM to 11:30 AM. All these special trains will have General Second Class Sitting coaches. The Waltair Division Senior Divisional Commercial Manager K. Sandeep urged passengers to utilize these special trains and ensure safe travel.

SCR extends bi-weekly express trains

South Central Railways has extended the bi-weekly Kacheguda - Mangalore Central - Kacheguda Express (train numbers 12789/12790) to Murdeshwar, via Kundapura, effective from October 11th. Train 12789 will now reach Murdeshwar at 2:05 pm, while train 12790 will depart from Murdeshwar at 3:50 pm.

Pehle service Saturday, October 12th ko Murudeshwar se 3:20 PM pe start hogi aur aagle din 11:30 AM pe Tirupati pahunchengi. Byndoor, Kundapura, Barkur, aur Udupi jaise coastal stations pe bhi yeh train rukega. Udupi, Kundapura, aur Murudeshwar ke logon ke liye, yeh ek bada achievement hai kyonki ab unhe Tirupati aur Hyderabad tak direct rail connectivity mil rahi hai.
