The train, which has been running for nearly 100 years, was shifted to Lucknow Junction in 2018 due to operational reasons at the North Eastern Railway. Charbagh at the same time as before. The Lucknow Mail was previously moved from Charbagh to Lucknow Junction on November 15th, 2018, due to a decision by the Railway Board. The train's operations and maintenance, however, remained under the North Railway at Charbagh. Simply this is a NR train, so let it be with Charbagh only, on permanent basis. And AC Exp I think was NER train, even if AC exp is not shifting, no issue. But these kind of hectic things should be avoided.
