today 7/6/2016 i was travelling from aluva to panvel in 3A , i happened to buy cofee in the morning .i found dead cockroach in the cup . we complained to the pantry manager about the same ,but they didn't take any action against it . so we want to appeal to the all the passenger not to take the food from the train pantry. cleanliness is bad , food quality is worst.i and my co passengers were very upset with the service provided by the railway dept.
another negative point of this train :
localites especially in kerala use it as a local/shortdistance train and stand inside ac coaches/block toilet passages without tickets ( even in precence of 2 tti )
i rarely see this happening anywere in india

Many other things also happen only in Kerala like buying platform ticket to enter stations no matter its a terminus or jn or a halt
If you have reserved sleeper tickets then brace yourself to have co-passengers right from trivandrum till kannur. The most surprising part is all stations issue sleeper tickets for this train for local passengers whereas there is no specific bogie for the same. Hence its not unusual to find sleeper coaches packed to capacity till kannur
Yes, right... Blame it on the timing of the train. This is the apt time for the officer-goers from Calicut to Kannur at the evening time to reach home without any hassle

many trains leavin a big city in d evenin or enterin in d morning office hours usually get filled up by unreserved pax in reserved coaches.. eg- Bangalore! !

Food is tasty, but not hygienic. Be careful giving to children.
