While departing from ADI station, some men will come to take orders of breakfast with pens and page in uniform. Passengers think that they are from pantry. But they are not. Pantry runs only after departure. They will offer you food and bill before train departs. They will charge you double for food and you will regret over quality also. So kindly do not buy from such people and do not buy without asking price of anything at ADI station.

Tatkal and PT coaches of this train are full of intruders (unreserved/WL pax) as there is no routine checkup by TTE because of no refund on cancellation. Beware if you are booking in these quotas. I experienced twice in this train.

The rail caterers will charge more for breakfast, but tell them the actual rate. They will give u at actual rate. Also be aware of Cashew-nut sellers on the way. They are just selling the scrap/waste cashew-nuts. Don't buy even at 50 Rs./Kg.

Catering provided by Meals on Wheels. Lunch at Rs.92. Consists of Rice, dal, sabzi and chapati.
